
Plastisol inks can be printed on virtually any surface that can withstand the heat required to cure the ink and is porous enough to permit good ink penetration. Plastisol inks do not color the fibers like a dye. Instead the ink wraps around the fibers and makes a mechanical bond with the fabric. Each print design is separated into individual colors with each color processed through a mesh screen. To obtain a wide color spectrum we use cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink.
A slightly elevated, velvety design; flocking feels soft to the touch but is actually quite durable and does not fade. Flocking increases the garment value in terms of tactile sensation, aesthetics, color and appearance. By utilizing this print technology in the design, we are able to create fun, trendy pieces with interesting detailing.
The eggshell print offers a more stylized effect to a graphic design and comes in a wide spectrum of colors. It is generally matte in appearance and touch, as an eggshell might be.
We have the technology to combine the special effects of an eggshell print and flocking to gives a garment a distressed look that is more retro in feel. This technique conveys well on T-shirt graphics.

Using our digital printer we are able to produce and transfer detailed graphics as large as 14” x 16” in size. Currently, digital printing can only be produced on white fabric, but digital printing on black is coming soon.

Applying heat and pressure through our special heat transfer press machines we are able to apply graphics on to a wide variety of fabric materials. This process permanently embeds graphics onto the product, giving it greater durability.

Crystallina ink adds a sparkle effect to any design giving a glitter or shimmer similar to designs using a metallic technique – but with Crystallina the process is layered and incorporates other colors through layering.
