Plastisols

Plastisols are not water soluble, made up of PVC particles suspended in a plasticizing emulsion. They are used for screen printing allowing for a more durable and stretchable ink. They do not dry which requires curing through specialized dryers reaching temperatures of 160 degrees. Each print design is separated into individual colors with each color processed through a mesh screen. To obtain a wide color spectrum we use cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink.

Flocking

Particles of small fiber are deposited onto specific areas of a garments surface, that has been coated with adhesive, rendering accentuated, more realistic effects in design and texture. Flocking increases the garment value in terms of tactile sensation, aesthetics, color and appearance.
